      To be fair the driver went in "blind side" and although the beginning was a mess he actually put it in at the end pretty well lol

      Suddenly we have hundreds of HGV drivers on here… my wife and daughter do this and they say looks like he didn't line up properly as that is an easy one 😊😊

      I’m a class one driver and he’s made a whole mess of the reversing, there’s a load of space. He would have been better driving towards the gate then swing out so it’s not a blind side reverse for him as he’s left hand drive, or even reverse in the yard then pull forward to reverse straight back onto the ramp. All the people stood around when the drivers obviously stressing out

      Irritates me when people are saying ‘just needs to do this’, ‘just do that’. It’s not ‘just’ doing anything it’s hard to reverse those things and stressful when you have 3-4 people giving their opinion on what they think is best. The banksman often make the drivers job harder or worse as most of them have never driven a truck in their life and think they know best.

      How he managed to get all the way from the Netherlands with that driving demonstration in will never know. My dog could of made less of a mess than that 😂

      I deal with Smeets weekly (Dutch company) and they’re always spot on. This driver totally fluffed his approach lines, but the FTW staff also failed by not assisting him correctly with his manoeuvre.

      Well he passed this HGV…not! Bloody hell what is a dork like that doing in charge of a big HGV truck? I wouldn't give him a moped licence!!!!!

      Love all the criticism here of the driver. Unfortunately due to it being a Left Hand Drive truck, the driver was having to ‘Blindside’ the reverse. No Articulated LGV driver likes it because you can’t see. All you see is fresh air in one mirror, and the side of a trailer in the other. If it had been a RHD truck, the driver could have looked out the window to see better where the trailer was going.

      The yard is in a poor position, in an ideal world this driver should have been able to drive down the road forward and then reverse on his ‘Good’ side, and no doubt he’d have nailed it.

      The banksmen were also no help, standing where he couldn’t see them, and advising him to get the truck over when he was a foot away from the fence in front.

      He definitely got flustered, but then wouldn’t you with a camera and drone on you??

      Cool video by the way, and good on you for moving the bike to give him one less thing to worry about.
