Just trying to do bearings on this old front wheel, this tube is pretty stuck in there.
Should I just bang it out?
I’ve tapped it a bit already, but it’s a bit snug. I hit the back of a screw driver that’s the same size as the qr axel but don’t want to hit it too hard and damage it.
What would you do?

Yep. Plastic or brass hammer recommend.

Yes. There should be shoulders on the axle that will drive out the other cartridge bearing.
Then stick the axle back in and pop out the remaining bearing.
Be a bit careful when pressing the new bearings back in. One bore is probably slightly deeper, press the bearing into the shallow bore first and then press in the deeper bore side while supporting all four races.
