Fully just came off my shoe when I was unclipping. Not sure why it happened but I just need to take this out for now. I’ve fully loosened the pedal(won’t let me turn my allen key any further) and it still won’t come out!
Hopefully the female threads in the shoe aren’t stripped…

This is my second favorite bike problem after getting a wrench trapped installing a kickstand with a ratcheting wrench.. and third, dropping a bolt and it disappearing into the 3rd realm

Release the tension from underneath with a 2.5 mm allen key.

Put a flat head screwdriver on the inside of the backside of the cleat and hit it with a hammer to the outside like the motion it takes to remove your shoe when clipped in.

Looks like the binding’s spring is still holding tension on it, try popping the two small screws on the pedal body to release the plate and it should slide right out.

Bro, if you had any idea how that pedal works you’d know you just gotta leverage the rear clip backward by less than a half inch to release the cleat. Put a flathead screwdriver between the side of the cleat and the rear pedal retaining cross piece (clip) and push it backward.
Wirelessness on
Just remove the front part of the pedal clamp. It’s rigid and has no moving parts. Just loosing the bolts part way should free it up enough to extract the cleat easily.

loosen it all the way and use a thin flat head screwdriver
Alternatively, disassemble the pedal binding.
jam a screwdriver in and twist.
Put your Allen key between the bolts (the long part). Rotate.
If it doesn’t work, hit it with your purse.
Grab both screws with a Vise Grip and twist
Huh, never thought I’d see that. Good luck
You can probably twist it out with an adjustable wrench.
Long screwdriver between the bolts and rotate the cleat like you would disengage your foot.
