Day 7 of 8 cycling the #wildatlanticway and the @kingdomofkerrygreenways were something special.
Brand new cycling trails built along an old railway line that closed in the 60s, and it honestly felt like one of the highlights of the whole trip. The South Kerry Greenway has only recently opened, and we couldn’t wait to get out and ride it. Today really showed us how special the Ring of Kerry is by bike.
We stopped at Kev’s Shed in Glenbeigh for coffee and pastries by the river before turning onto the Dingle Peninsula.
Once we made it to Dingle, we went straight to Murphy’s Ice Cream Parlour (as we should) and finished the night at O’Flaherty’s Bar. What a way to wrap up a ride.
One more day left of our tour, and we’ve honestly had it circled since we boarded our flight!
