Thank you ladies for the course preview. Definitely is going to be challenging. Is it OK if I ask a couple of questions? First you mentioned that your at a higher altitude. What is a technique that you use to better prepare yourself for that .Second with the heat when it comes to hydration would you push more electrolytes or water in this situation.
