Had this thing since Father’s Day and noticed that the rubber thing comes off the handle. Is that normal? Looks like it’s supposed to stay on because it’s threaded. Also, if rode through half inch deep water today and it’s full of water now. When I test it water sprays out. Any better brands recommended?
