Tour d’ÖÖ is Estonia’s critical mass ride — thousands of cyclists taking over the streets for one evening. It grew out of Tallinn Bicycle Week, the urban cycling festival that first brought this energy to the city. Its spirit lives on through Tour d’ÖÖ, now 15 years and 82 editions strong — lights blazing through the dark, keeping Tallinn’s and Estonia’s bike culture loud and alive.
