I’ve got that Topeak bag/rack on my MTB: Pretty decent combo!
If you end up needing more storage, look into frame bags, trailers, and front racks: You could probably turn that thing into a hauling machine! Looks like you’ve got a fork that already has mount points too.

Nice! I have that same Topeak trunk bag. I’ve fit a lot of groceries into it, and for bigger grocery runs, I have an insulated 30L grocery pannier. Grocery shopping by bike is more fun than by car, and it saves on gas and delivery fees.
