Hey guys, my 5-month-old white Speedmax has a severe paint/UV defect (clear coat turning yellow, visible tan lines). Support admitted the issue from a video, promised replacement via DDP shipping to Brazil, but now backtracked and wants me to pay thousands in customs fees.
Has anyone faced this kind of backtracking from Koblenz? I just want a fair solution.
