I'm looking for a budget recreational road bike and ran across this on FB. The seller says they don't know specifics on year/model, but it looks like a 2010 Dolce Triple (basic model). She's used it for duathlons. I'm assuming everything is in good working order, but it does look well used in the pictures (scratches, scuffs, dirt).
She's asking $350. Based on my research and other reddit posts, I think the value is closer to $150. I'd maybe offer $175-200 tops. I'm a short guy and it's a frame size I think should fit me well, although I'd still have to test it.
Any other advice or things I should look for when taking a look at it?

Looks like a bike for someone right around 5′ or smaller. Though fit can be difficult in the smallest and largest sizes as there are compromises that they had to make.
Depending on your area I could see it being more of a 250-350 bike than a 150.
