Hi all, my bike rack has a slight gap on the top section of the rack. Bikes wobble a bit when driving left to right because of this on the upper section. It has a stabilizer so there’s no wobble or issue near the hitch just the upper section anyone ever dealt with such issue and have a remedy? Video for reference. Thank you.

That style of swagman rack is two pieces with a bolt in the middle, have you checked if that bolt has backed out it’s the only thing keeping the top half from swinging like a metronome
