Was hoping just to post a picture of my new Canyon Ultimate, but upon assembly I’ve come across a significant issue.
The rear thru axle doesn’t acre in past a certain point, leaving play in the rear wheel. Tested it on the front axle and it screws all the way in there, so it must be something wrong on the hangar side. Any tips for this?
So disappointed, and as I live in Sweden there are no canyon places nearby.

Hej och god dag. Check your derailleur hanger if its installed coreectly. That is, tightened the screw. It may have come lose resulting in not a secure fit for the axle.
Also check the axle threads. See if there are anything impeding the threads.
Buy a replacement axle.

It almost has to be something simple. Those bikes are fully built and tested before they’re shipped.
