    I would return that one as damaged/defective and try to get them to send you a new one. At the least, email TradeINN and see what they say. They should give you a new one.

    Yeah definitely try to return it, that’s a manufacturing defect that slipped through quality check

  3. pff, tradeinn is notoriously bad when it comes to support. if you’re located in Spain, it might be better. try it 1st with amazon.
