Hi! I’m a casual biker and am looking to get more involved. I have a flat bar 2018 Trek FX2 that I use as a commuter and to ride around.
I want to progress into longer rides, maybe join a cycling group, and am interested in potentially bike touring and bike packing on paved roads and gravel once I have worked up my stamina and have more experience (for example biking from one city to another). I’ve never used drop bars before and don’t know much about specs, so I’m coming to Reddit for help.
Found this 2014 Bianchi Lupo online, seems like it could be a good fit for everything I’m looking for? I’m 6’6” with a 34” inseam. Is the 61” frame big enough to fit me? Would this bike work well for me? I’d appreciate any and all thoughts on the Bianchi Lupo and its sizing. Thank you in advance!

This is a great bike for long distance riding. As long as its mechanically OK, this is a reasonable price for an awesome steel touring bike. This is a big frame and should fit. Given how tall you are, you will struggle to find many bikes in your size. You’ll likely need to change the chain and handlebar tape, but the parts are cheap and its something anyone can do at home.
