Tour de Mátra 2026 UCI Gran Fondo World Series Hungary
(ENG) In 2026, the 6th Tour de Mátra brings the UCI Gran Fondo World Series to Hungary for the first time. This three-day sports and cultural festival features an individual time trial, granfondo, mediofondo and minifondo, offering amateur cyclists the opportunity to qualify for the UCI Gran Fondo World Championships. In addition to the cycling races, participants can also enjoy guided trail runs and hiking tours. This weekend, the world’s attention turns to Gyöngyös, the Mátra mountains and Hungary, with iconic routes and a legendary mountain-top finish at Kékestető, the highest point in Hungary.
(HUN) 2026-ban a 6. Tour de Mátra első alkalommal hozza el Magyarországra az UCI Gran Fondo World Series futamát. A háromnapos sport- és kulturális fesztivál egyéni időfutam, granfondo, mediofondo és minifondo távokat kínál világbajnoki kvalifikációs lehetőséggel amatőr kerékpárosok számára. A kerékpárversenyek mellett vezetett futó- és gyalogtúrák is várják a résztvevőket. Ezen a hétvégén a világ figyelme Gyöngyösre, a Mátrára és Magyarországra irányul ikonikus útvonalakon egy legendás hegyi befutóval Kékestetőn, Magyarország legmagasabb pontján.
