With the 2026 Tour de France kicking off with a team time trial, it’s time to give TT bikes some love.
In this video, Simon walks you through some of the Tour’s fastest and most radical time trial bikes. From Tadej Pogačar’s new Colnago TT2 to Tom Pidcock’s Pinarello Bolide F TT and BMC’s mind-bending Timemachine Mpc, these bikes are what happens when the aero gurus are let loose.
For every bike, we show you all the key details of each build, including what components the pros choose when speed is the only thing that matters, and get them on the scales to reveal the all important weight figures.
Does Pogačar’s Colnago time trial bike really weigh 6.8kg as the brand claims? Tune in to find out.

Pretty sweet bike, but I have no idea how it's more aero than the last one
These bikes should be banned. Pros should use regular bikes for time trials. These bikes are dangerous on the road and should not be used.
That BMC Timemachine looks absolutely amazing!
The new Colnogo reminds me of Shiv. Nothing wrong with that. This looks less complicated to work on then Y1RS.
The BMC. What a wonderful bike. Those guys have really put in the hours to perfect it. ❤️💪
