It's been a long time in the making, it's now a reality, I left yesterday, by train form Geneva, first stop Basel and from there a night train to Hamburg, now on my way to Stockholm to catch the Arctic Circle Train to Narvik. Here's my planned route, 2200 KM 27'000m of elevation, I have 5 weeks ahead of me…
This will be my first trip on my dream bike, a Jeronimo Maletta Ti with Pinion gearbox, see post here : https://www.reddit.com/r/bikepacking/comments/1tf2cbb/comment/omcyqqw/?screen_view_count=3

Nice route, always wanted to do something similar.
    Wish you good luck!

But I would probably be annoyed by the backpack from day one on.

I would skip the Trondheim-Oslo part and go a bit around through Røros.
It’s a lot less traffic and more peacefull to cycle.
    Less climbing too 🙂

Rest of the route is SUPERB!
I’ve done the coastal part a month ago.
I would include Senja too if I were you
