I just built this bike which is technically a cyclo-cross frame but my plan is to make it my all-rounder with a road wheelset and a gravel wheelset plus a smaller chainring for gravel. I was worried it would feel a bit sluggish on the road but it's an absolute rocket 🚀
Sorry for the cheap components but this is only stage 1 of long journey with this bike. Upgrades will come but later.

You need a perspective shift if you think these are cheap components. Some people live their whole lives grateful to be riding a rickety single speed on unpaved village roads.
I just checked the frame geometry specs on this bike. It’s definitely not something I would choose for either road or gravel, but if it suits you then I cannot argue with it. The whole bike sits very high from the ground.
The color looks nice, and your build looks good.
It’s a cool bike and build, but it’s not really porn!
