Too far for me, but please someone rescue this bike. Buy it to fix it and ride it. It’s a fine bike, nice lugged, chromoly frame, stretched out wheelbase, good tire clearance, relaxed handling. It’s not a super precious collectable and it needs a lot but it’s a fine riding vintage bike and worth the time.

I’ve restomodded a few of these.
Darn good riders once they’re on good wheels & tires and a darn shame to see one is such poor condition as this.
OP, hope you find someone ready to put the time & effort in that these deserve.

With those clearances looks like a good candidate for gravel tires.
