Finally built up this frame I picked up a while back. Slowly pieced this together and went with the 650b conversion route. Despite a couple hiccups and kinks I am Ioving every moment of it so far.
Frame history is interesting for these. Based on an old magazine scan and forum posts these are made of Russian titanium alloy and were assembled by Merlin for Raleigh.

I think there was a Mongoose IBOC Tomac ti frame as well.
I have the US-made one (Washington) rebranded by Nashbar. Great frames! I went pretty deep on their history, I think these are Derby-made.
The purple against that raw ti is a killer combo. 650b conversion on an old Tomac frame is exactly the kind of weird this sub loves.
