On Sunday, June 28th, I headed to _Saint-Aygulf_ for the legendary _American Day_ 🇺🇸
_How to get there:_
Easy access from Fréjus! Take bus line 23 from Fréjus, or if you’re up for it, cycle along the beautiful dedicated bike path that links Fréjus all the way to Saint-Aygulf. 12km of sea breeze and sunshine.
_About Saint-Aygulf_
Saint-Aygulf is the coastal jewel of Roquebrune-sur-Argens, in the Var, Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur. Once a small Roman fishing port called _Aegyptium_, it became famous in the 20th century for its long sandy beach and pine-backed shoreline. Today it mixes Riviera charm with a relaxed, family vibe, right at the foot of the red rock Massif de l’Estérel.
_American Day x Triker PACA_
The whole town transformed into a slice of Route 66. I met incredible members of _Triker PACA_, an association of trike and custom motorcycle passionates from across Provence. We talked bikes, freedom, and road trips — full interview in the video! The chrome, the engines, the community…

*Triker PACA* is a non-profit association based in Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur, bringing together riders passionate about trikes, custom bikes, and the American biker lifestyle. More than just a club, it’s a community: group rides, charity events, mechanical meetups, and a strong focus on conviviality and road safety. You’ll find them at most biker festivals across the Var and beyond, always with that Route 66 state of mind.

I also filmed a live band bringing that country-rock sound to the port, and a couple dancing country right on the promenade. Boots, hats, and smiles everywhere.
