What actually separates the three greatest cyclists alive? We put Pogačar, Vingegaard and Evenepoel through six lab tests VO2 max, climbing power, time trial, sprint, efficiency and durability to find out who really wins. The answer isn’t who you’d expect, and the man with the biggest engine doesn’t take home the most titles.

All physiological values are either MEASURED (published) or ESTIMATED (reverse-engineered from race data by sports scientists). None of these riders’ real lab data is public — and that’s exactly what makes this so fascinating.

  1. The AI narrator doesn't help. Vingegaard won his Combloux TT thanks to better parcours knowledge. He had prepared the TT over months and most of the time he gained was in corners.

  2. It is all in the body chemistry.
The definition of health is defined in 3 words.
Pogacer is eating/fueling/using it right for his chemistry (whether he knows it or not).
