You need a specific Mirrcycle mirror for that handle bar.
The grips have two 3 mm screwed on them. You need loosen the outer most screw to pull the plastic cap out. When you do you will discover that the bar is not round on the inside. The bar is indented in the shape of a triangle to make room for a white piece of foam that sits under the clear gel grip. This will prevent you from using most mirrors on this handlebar.
Mirrcycle makes a specific mirror for this exact setup. This is the mirror you need.
