Found a lovely bike today and wondering the year, thinking late '30's. The front badge is there, but it may be missing paint. There is no brand idenfication beyond the front badge on the frame. The serial number on the bottom is almost illegible. Front and rear fenders have chrome finish, handlebars, downtubes, and rims appear originally painted silver. Tires are probably not original (Carlisle Tire and Rubbet Division), but they pumped up and hold air at 30 psi, with some cracking. Handlebars are distinctive with a reinforcement between the grips. Paint appears black original. Any idea as to what I have here? Thanks!
