I love old graveyards! Yes, I think about all the people that were alive and lived right in the area. I love how you stop and talk about the places and scenery, most riders just fly thru.
Thanks for the superb video KK ๐ฎ ๐
I did my own mad ride out last week so I did a ride in wales ๐ด๓ ง๓ ข๓ ท๓ ฌ๓ ณ๓ ฟ then up near Carlisle ๐ด๓ ง๓ ข๓ ฅ๓ ฎ๓ ง๓ ฟ another ride then over the border ๐ด๓ ง๓ ข๓ ณ๓ ฃ๓ ด๓ ฟ and a 3rd ride as I wanted to ride 3 countries in a day !! The weather was nice & sunny , enjoyed some great quiet roads . I also was near Shap & Tebay and just off the b6261 you can ride In-between the m6 itโs surreal ๐ฎ
Eeee that were reet good, lass! Such enthusiasm for sheep, dry stone walls, road signs, kindness and other peoples dogs! Enjoyed that thoroughly, cheers
Spectacular work Katie, gretna green is my go to when im headingup to Scotland to see family๐๐ฝ. Check out a fellow you tuber called Reginald scott. He went over your video, the 2 you did about rim vs Disk he's seriously into his Titanium rimbrake bikes ๐๐ฝ๐ต๐ฟโโ๏ธ๐จ๐๐ฝ
I just looked at your statistics and you are amazing! Good job on the ride and I hope you continue to enjoy rides like these.
My Garmin is set to let me know when I've burned 100 calories. It pops up a banana for the reminder!
Nice ride
Amazing! Thatโs a huge ride in one day๐ด๐ผโโ๏ธ๐จโญ๏ธโญ๏ธโญ๏ธโญ๏ธโญ๏ธ
Been a Garmin user for years and never knew about the course points for cake breaks! I'm about to plan my LEJOG route in 3 weeks so this will come in super handy. Glad I'm not the only one who finds grave yards interesting!
What an inspiration Katie, cold and wet in Sydney… it's all relative!
Brilliant effort – congratulations.
Maybe avoid drinking and eating rubbish after you have given your body and brain a workout..
That would take me a week…
Awesome ride. Just looking at all your Garmin stats. e.g power, l/r balance, force, etc.. What's your sensor set-up ?
Kudos, 10 percent of Tour de france in a day.great KK๐

I did a 200 mile ride a couple weeks back. Absolutely crucified me, congrats for completing it
Thank you, I enjoyed your video. I now the places you went to, I enjoyed your filming and commentary.
What an incredible ride Katie……I did half of that distance the day before you, (20th/21st June) doing the "Ride to the Sun" an overnight ride from Bitts Park, Carlisle, to Cramond beach North west of Edinburgh, we also enjoyed the fabulous weather, over 1,200 take part. I then cycled another 32 miles to meet up with my wife near Biggar……not bad for a relatively fit 74 year old
Thatโs great, I use those reminders all the time on my Wahoo. Thatโs saved the day a few times.
Brilliant. Twice the longest distance I've even done. But please – Pot Noodles? !!
