I’m on my 3rd 650b bike now. It works so well with bikes designed for 27″ /700c wheels for dealing with deteriorating roads around my house. I discovered Panaracer Parimotos and TPU tubes. 38mm 300g tires and 30g tubes are as light as 700c training tires and butyl tubes. Fast and like riding on air! I don’t expect a lot of miles out of the thin tread, but I can buy more… and will!

Your brake pads are backwards. Spin them 180 so the longer side is facing rearward.
