My Madone SL6. Changed some decals, tires, saddle, bars added some TI bolts and a carbon crankset I had extra from another project. It is dieting right now since it's not the climber my old rim brake bike was! Very happy with the confidence descending and I'm PR'ing a lot of local segments so maybe it IS about the bike.

I love the seat post colours. It blends really well because frankly that cantilever design looks ugly.
