I’m currently deciding between getting a 1up and a Raxter, where I will mostly be hauling my Ventana ECDM tandem mountain bike and my wife’s hardtail a few hours on the weekend. It seems like the Raxter has the capability to mount a tandem with a fork mount adapter, but I think I might be able to machine a similar adapter for the 1Up, and I think the 1UP has a stronger holding mechanism securing the bike to the rack.
