Pedal 2 Hajj Day 11: Nuremberg to Regensberg
Day 11’s cycle journey was around 80 miles. The first 54 mile stretch was completed within around 4 hours without a break. During the remaining miles the cyclists had to slow down as they encountered what appeared to be a marathon. Some of the German villages they passsed through were beautiful, making todays journey one of the most pleasant and picturesque. Finally on reaching Regensberg, the bikes were stored in the hotel garage as the lads took a well earned rest for the evening.
