This was a ride out of the Clubhouse in Putney hosted by them and SAP. The route was great, lots of quiet roads and plenty of opportunity to fast smooth riding. We started with 12 riders and came home with 9. strava file in have the route in it. Feels good to be back on the bike and hitting out good numbers again.

Mega Max! Ive always wanted to do a long long ride on summer solstice! Like a first light to sunset whole day exploration! Maybe next year if im fitter 😂
Big deal. Used to meet by mate at Stretham common at 16.30 after school, ride to the Brighton prime and back. Home by 10 pm. Summer time only. We were 16.

These are the kind is videos I really enjoy. The music was really great too. Btw way to keep up with the training. Injuries can play havoc on you physically and emotionally but you’re looking good mate. Keep it up!!!
