The Road to Romaniacs continues…

Preparing for Red Bull Romaniacs isn’t just about building the bike. It’s also about building the rider.

In this episode, I take you through my complete preparation strategy for Red Bull Romaniacs Adventure Lite. From my weekly training schedule and mountain biking sessions to gym workouts, nutrition, recovery, and the mindset behind it all.

My goal isn’t to become a professional athlete. It’s to become the best version of myself and arrive at the start line in Romania as prepared as possible.

Over the past months I’ve been combining:
• Mountain biking to improve endurance and bike control
• Strength and functional gym training
• Hiking and walking for long-duration stamina
• Off-road riding and technical practice days
• Recovery and nutrition to stay consistent

Every training session, every ride, and every small improvement is another step closer to Red Bull Romaniacs.

This series is about the complete journey. From preparing the bike to preparing myself. I’ll share the successes, the setbacks, and everything I learn along the way.
