I recently bought the Ortlieb quick rack. It seems to me that the screws for mounting the clamps to the rack frame are too long. The ones that i got are about 10mm in length.
I've reached out to Ortlieb but they haven't answered yet.
Do you know if the screws are too long or am I doing something wrong?
