Is this bike worth the 30 minute drive to check out? If yes, what would be a reasonable counter offer if at all? Does anyone have any experience with this bike?

That price sounds good. Assuming you are looking for an endurance road bike. It looks clean and maintained. Make sure you get the charger for the batteries.
