Me and a mate loaded our bikes with camping gear, some cameras and a portable music set-up, and headed up into the wild Highlands of Scotland for 10 days in search of some of the most remote locations in the UK to compose music – up mountains, into caves, past crystal blue lochs and into make shift studio spaces in remote 'bothies'

Can you give a rundown of the music equipment you recorded with?
very cool!! I’ve been meaning to go bikepacking with a field recorder to capture nature sounds but you brought the whole studio! will certainly watch the video. would love to know more about your music setup, what you brought with you, what you wish you had brought or left home, etc.
Did you capture the melodic call of the wild haggis? It’s mating season right now, truly majestic.
