Hello im new to biking and i just purchased the new fx AL 3 sport out of the box and I realized it came with different tires and stem compared to what I seen online and bike shop. I am not sure if its a good thing or bad.

Tires are good. Valve is a Presta Valve. You can get an adapter if necessary but most modern pumps work for both types of valves. I’ve heard a lot of good things about the Clic valve, which would replace the Presta valve and be easier to use with less risk of damaging the valve core
What you have is perfectly normal presta valves. Almost all quality bikes will have presta valves. Either using inner tubes or tubeless tyres.
