Built up from a bare aluminum Transition Sentinel frame, my bike has been outfitted with Vorsprung-tuned suspension, Hope Tech V3 E4 brakes, and a SRAM GX Eagle groupset. The Fox Factory 36 is set up with a 170 air spring and Vorsprung Secus, which maxes out the fork travel for this frame, with more refined initial bump sensitivity..

overall it feels more supportive than running this fork without the Secus. Out back is a custom Vorsprung-tuned coil running a 550 lb spring, which started out as a RockShox Super Deluxe Ultimate.

Both the fork and shock have been completely gone through and tuned by Shawn over at Find Your Line Bikes in Asheville, who is a Vorsprung dealer. Having someone local who actually knows the trails you're riding and your riding style has made a big difference in how the bike feels. It's worth noting that I'm also a fan of Peaty's mushroom thick grips, and am running handguards after I broke my fifth metacarpal a few years ago contacting a sapling out of a corner.

Anyone else running a mixed fork/shock setup on their rig?
