Poor Shane. What an absolute tragedy for him and his loved ones. I live in a big northern city and it's centre is plagued with useless idle thriving scrounging misfits who contribute nothing to society and it makes me really sad and angry when something like this happens to Shane and other people 😢

Open your eyes. Pogi was a excellent rider back in 2023. Had already won TDF twice. But suddenly a dane won over him and from the season 2024 he became almost unbeteable doing things on a bike Lance Armstrong only dream of.

Pog cross chaining. It's been mentioned in passing but as though Pogacar does it occasionally. He always does it on the big, crucial climbs: big ring with big socket. It's counter intuitive but if Pog has chosen to do it, it must work. A video on this would be fascinating. Does it work?. If so, why and how? Have any other riders taken it up? Since when have they been doing it?

The UCI needs to fire everyone and start over. These guys are ridiculous in their efforts to promote cycling. All they do with these fine for hair follicles out of place is disenfranchise cycling fans.

Unpopular opinion. I actually think it will benefit Pogacars legacy if he does not win the Tour this year. The odd loss throughout his career will only make him seem more human and relatable. Imagine if he had not lost a couple of Tours and classics already …. who would still be cheering for him? Let him finish his career as the most winning cyclist of all times. But just like Merckx, it will be the losses and rivalries that in the end will put his career into perspective.
