Hey everybody, I’ve just received my brand new Grizl AL 7 and seem to have issues mounting the cockpit. First of all I cannot screw the top screw of the cockpit on, unless I take off at least two spacers.
Second, and what looks more concerning, are these gaps here that are suuuuper wobbly. First I thought it’d tighten when mounting the cockpit, but it didn’t. What am I missing?

I had the same issue with my Grail that arrived last week that I’m about to return. (Not for this problem alone).
I uninstalled the whole setup and found that the cap of the headset wasn’t well installed. When i kind of put it back in place (the part above the crown of the fork, it fit better. Still remained a teeny weeny bit off.
Loosen the stem and then try pushing the fork upwards. That should also make it possible for the top cap to fit with the spacers.
