A solid steel frame with quite a few mounting points, including some on the fork. External routing, would make a great bikepacking build.
Surprisingly light despite the footprint, around 13kg/29lbs as pictured (ex sleeping bag). It does deserve a more premium groupset but it's a fun little tractor as it is!

Marin bikes deserve more love than they get. The frames and geometry are solid so people are getting reliable, fun bikes at a really good price.
