This is already pretty tight. If you go any bigger then any slight warp in your wheel you might cause while riding will immediately rub your frame.

You should be happy you can fit a 32mm tire on your road bike. Mine will only fit 28mm.

35mm is just 1.5mm more per side, it will fit fine.

Looks good to me. you can probably go wider in the front.. but its a alloy bike alloy wheels on flat pedals.. you are just cursing around. My rule has been 6 business cards. on each side. i ride dry dirt never mud, and have helicopter tape on the tight areas.

The limit looks to be about 32mm.
Buy some calipers. Measure.
