Seems normal. Im not aware of it happening inside the bottle but this is what happens inside the wheel, after a while.

Is the bottle old or was it stored in a location that gets either really hot or cold ?

The race sealant has bigger chunks in it to plug holes, that’s why it can’t be injected thru the valve like regular Stan’s.

It looks like it has separated. Although I have not used this specific product before so I cannot say with 100% certainty that it shouldn’t look like that. But other similar products I have used did NOT look like that. They are usually more like toothpaste in their form.

Yes this is normal. Per Stan’s description on websites it has bigger crystals at baseline. It’s why you shake like hell before pouring into the tire (but you’ll still have some chunkies). I’ve always liked this sealant. Just recommended to refresh more often per stans
