I was rocking a 110mm 10°+ rise Thomson Elite X4 to go with my seat post and decided to swap to this Bontrager Rythm Pro 90mm 7°+ just to see how it would feel. Well, I found my sweet spot. Eventually ill trade for or buy a 90mm Thomson stem eventually but Im digging this set up for now.

Ti hardtail with the green i9 hubs is a sharp combo, hard to beat that look. I’ve actually gone the opposite direction on my own hardtail, ended up with a longer stem and more rise because I’m mostly climbing technical terrain and a stretched out cockpit keeps the front end planted when things get steep. Sounds like you dialed yours in for the descents though, which makes sense if you’re running chunky tires like that. The 1995 marking on that Bontrager stem is a nice touch too, gives the whole build a throwback feel that works really well with the ti frame.
I gotta be honest… I don’t understand the point of exorbitantly expensive stems. Is it just for the looks? Cuz they all feel exactly the same.
This looks so comfy and capable! Thanks for sharing
