I’m interested in trying road cycling and don’t wanna spend a lot of money. I’ve looked at charts online and believe this is my size (small, I’m 5’7). I bike commute everyday on a surly preamble and have the itch to try road cycling.

Looks decent for $130
The price is fine, might be a little small for someone 5’7. It looks like it is from the early to mid 00s.
Aww this exact bike was my first road bike. For $130, yeah I would go for it!
