  1. loosen rear brake caliber/ remove it and check whether the wheel spins better or not

  2. How did this happen? Left alone in weather for too long or the bike took a fall?

You can try to remove the wheel from the frame and try spinning with your hand to test for smoothness.

But my money is on the disc brake not being adjusted properly. Try searching “mechanical disc brake adjustment” on YouTube. It can be finnicky depending on the model you got.

  3. Looks like brake rotor is rubbing or too much pressure on the hub. I would put money on the brake though. Loosen mount bolts kn caliper to set it free then squeeze the lever and tighten bolts to center it, if it still rubs then you need to push the pistons back by removing the pads and using a tire lever or something similar to push them in.

As far as the hub, it’s a little more complicated and would require cone wrenches to do it right. If you recently tightened any of the nuts proximal to the hub past the end cap you likely tightened the cone nuts past recommended preload, need to loosen both sides then finesse the nut closest to the hub (cone nut) on non drive side to the point there is no play but loose enough that the bearing can still move free. Then keep that nut in place with one wrench and tighten with another wrench on the more distal nut (lock nut), then repeat last step on drive side.

Update from OP, just did as you guys told, and reinstalled the wheel and it pretty much works! I’ll just have to check on the bearings and the rest real soon because it’s wobbly if you can see on the video.

To those who helped, I thank you ALL so much you’ve helped me a LOT and not only that I learned something from you. You guys are the best!!
