Dirt drop stem look is kinda growing on me

Filed down this original to the bike stem in a similar fashion to the nitto dirt drop to accept these old ass rando bars i had laying around and mann is it comfy:) have messed around with this bike a whole bunch but really enjoying this setup! Stole the wheels off of another one of my bikes because i gotta get some new tyres for this bike, and that acera mech aint shifting that 40t lol but worked great without the lowest cog while I get some nice new tyres for my other wheelset:) looking at continental speed ride 700x42mm but I kinda want something a bit more aggressive like the ones I have on here! Any recommendations in a similar size? These are 45mm but definitely maxed out with minimal mud clearance in the rear. Maybe 42mm rear 45mm front?
