BELGIUM and the NETHERLANDS cycle – Pre trip

In May 2026, my wife had weirdly agreed to join me on a cycling trip. Her first ever and first time abroad cycling too.
Last year, I had cycled the coast from Dunkirk to Ostende. We picked up where I left off and took it all the way to Rotterdam, where there are ferry links back to the UK.
But first, better get some training and some practice sitting for multiple days
