I’m not sure what’s up with this brand – white label importer that only existed for a little bit? Seems like they sold a lot of their remaining stock for very low prices.
Either way – This is a budget bike, I’m assuming with old stock 105 and no name consumables. But the value is certainly there, you’re not going to find anything better for 400 CAD.

Probably that bike frame is worth $25 and the group set is worth the other $375, in Canadian dollars, looks like a great deal

Definitely a budget bike, but the groupset is absolutely worth the price alone assuming good condition. If you’re just looking for a road bike that won’t let you down, this will do it. I wouldn’t regret buying it.
