Trying to get into cycling/road biking and currently don’t have a bike that fits me. I’m 5’1” so finding a used xs/small frame has been difficult. I found this on marketplace. it’s about an hour from me and I wasn’t sure it was a good deal.

If you want a bike with drop bars (like this one) then this sounds like a good place to start. Try to talk them down $50 which you can put towards a tune up at your local bike shop if it needs some adjustments to make it shift/brake properly.
