The old decal, gusset, dropouts and 2 separate tubes going to the underside all correlate with this Powerlite model I found online. Although AI is telling me it’s a fake from back then. What do you think it is?
You can see the old checkered pattern still on my old bike.
Don’t mind the bike’s condition, found it in a garage sale this way. Forks/handlebars and seat are not original.

Mongoose also had that hole way back. Maybe the Kawahara did but I can’t think of any others.
