Dig out that chunk of glass, seal it up with a drop of superglue. Ride another 5000km.

Remove that rock, put some shoe goo and you’re done. Don’t use super glue – it’s too stiff and brittle and doesn’t fill cavities well – super glue requires surfaces to be touching.
Some tires such as gator skins have thread-wear holes this big anyway, you’re fine.

Yep,it sucks especially if its a tiny piece like staple that puncture your tyre, it’s hard to pull it out even with the use of tools.

If it’s holding air fine right now, shoe goo or a similar flexible sealant will buy you time, but you’re on borrowed time with a hole that size. Keep an eye on it during rides and have a replacement ready.
